All stays are by appointment only.

Social Villa:

A 5 day minimum booking is required.

(Shorter stays may be requested, but the 4-day rate will still apply.)

Extended Stay Discount:

Bookings of 5+ days are eligible for half-day discounts.

Private Rooms:

A 5-day minimum booking is required.

​

Holiday Fee:

A $10 surcharge applies during peak periods, including March Break, Christmas/New Year’s, and long weekends and summer. For bookings of 7+ days, the long weekend surcharge will be waived.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 14 days of the first day of your booking and your deposit minus a $50 admin fee will be applied to your account credit.
