What to expect?- The hotel is sanitized daily with HOCL, a non-toxic cleaner that is stronger than bleach. - Social time is between 10 AM and 5 PM. Please note that if you book an appointment before or after social hours, it may be shortened due to our need to care for the cats around feeding and medication times. - Depending on how often your cat has been with us, it will reflect how quickly he or she adjusts to the first and subsequent visits. - Once your cat wants to come out and socialize with us, daily pictures are posted to Instagram and Facebook stories, as well as a live Facebook video. Private rooms have a camera for you to view.

What to bring?Both rooms: We supply the litter, bowls, and lids for wet food. You are welcome to bring cat toys, blankets, towels, scratch pads, etc. Please label anything you want returned to you with your cat's first name. Private rooms: You are welcome to bring your own litter, blanket, etc., to the private rooms if that is your preference.

Requirements- FRCVP Vaccination - Front claws trimmed (we offer this in-house for a fee if needed) - Flea treatment from April to October for outdoor cats - We will keep your cat brushed and ensure their eyes are clear of buildup. Claw trimming is also available for purchase. If your cat is exempt from vaccination for any reason, such as age or medical conditions, please bring this to our attention.
